NEW IN; iPad Mini Elephant case.

Hey guys!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything… Truth is I’ve been quite busy with school and creating concepts for my course. As of right now I’m doing a ‘Event management course’. And I’m organizing an event at the end of January for Warsteiner. So that is where my thoughts have been lately…

But no more excuses! Back to the reason why I came back to WordPress; My new iPad Mini case from DinosaursStudio on (

Etsy is a platform for creative people that make stuff on their own, where they can sell their handmade items. But there are also lots of small vintage stores that are online on Etsy too. If you’re looking for something original or custom made, I bet you can find it there!

I ordered my case like three weeks ago on the Etsy website. And last week it came through my mailbox! I was very excited for it to arrive (I always am, for all my packages, hihi), because I wanted to have a case like this for a long time. It protects my iPad and is also very cute.

Check out my cute ass case!

Someone named Valerie contacted me right after my online order. I told Valerie that I have a smart-cover (back and front) and that this case should be customized to fit my iPad with cover. I gave her the measurements and she made it a perfect fit!

It is a soft fabric cover with red a zipper on top and a front pocket for wires and a stylus (if you have one). Inside there is a striped print. Valarie makes them herself, so they’re handmade. And it is possible to customize the cases to fit your tablet and perhaps keyboard too. There are many other prints available in her store, so have a look!

NEW; DEARHUNTER. NEW Vintage store in Rotterdam!

Hello there! Hope you guys had great holidays and are well rested to head back to work and school. I know I’m not.. XD During holidays it should be relaxing and fun, but for some reason I didn’t find it relaxing at all! I’ve been so busy. And when I think back, I’m not even sure what was keeping me so busy.. Well let’s just say that I’ve been busy with family and friends and spending time with them.

Right before the holidays I was doing some shopping in Rotterdam. And I also happened to pass by Eendrachtsplein in Rotterdam. So we decided to take a look at Dearhunter! It’s a ‘new’ store along eendrachtsweg, owned by a young female vintage lover. I have been there before just to check out some stuff. The thing I like about this store, is that It’s nice and clean.  It is also has a tiny hair salon inside the store! The owner arranged all the clothing by sex and by color, which is very convenient. What I like the most about this store, is that every clothing item has been washed and ironed with care. The clothing looks good and it also smells very nice hehe :).

I managed to buy 3 items that day.

First of all a blouse. Which is a bit over sized, but It’s okay since I’m going to tuck it inside my pants anyways. I love the print and the buttons.

The shirt was on sale, so I bought it for a lousy 9 euro’s!

I bought a sweater with a colorful print.

It’s very thick, so It’s nice and warm for the winter that is coming for us. I bought this sweater for 10 euro’s.

And last but not least, a snake skin belt.

I love the structure of this belt. It is also a thin belt, I think it would be nice for around my waist.

I love the store and I surely will be visiting more often! I do have a few more things to add. It is a pity that the store isn’t that big and does not have big collection of clothing. But on the other hand I guess it’s better to have a qualitatively good collection than a big collection full of ‘so so’ clothing.

And one tip! If you go to the store, make sure to check for the price tag. Because it has been clipped on, and might have fell off. If so, then you should ask for the price before you decide if you buy it or not.

ImageBecause they can make up any price they want, when you’re already at the cash register to pay for it! It is still a vintage store after all, and they don’t keep a record of prizing.

Here is their card for contact and visiting info.

I wish you lots of vintage fun!

NTMC; Black skull studd necklace.

Recently I have been ordering a lot from Ebay, and so is my boyfriend… I like to buy gadgets and cute stuff that probably are useless, but It’s fun to have! So I buy it anyway. At first I didn’t have a Ebay account nor a Pay-Pal account, so I made my bf buy everything hehe 🙂 Now I’ve seen so much things I’d like, I had to make my own account. But right now I have my credit card connected to my Pay-Pal account.. It’s not a smart move I’d have to say… It makes it so much easier to buy things online, TOO easy I would almost say. The good thing about having an credit card connected to your Pay-Pal account; easy access to The cheap accessories! I really love to buy accessories from the internet, and especially from Ebay. They are extremely cheap, mostly come from China or Hong Kong, and are the same quality as in store over here. In store you probably buy a necklace for at least 8 euro’s. But this beautiful necklace I got for almost 2 USD.

Check it out:

They all do move individually, so it can be annoying since they won’t be in place all the time.

These days I like to wear choker necklaces too. (short necklaces narrow around your collar/neck) It looks nice when I wear a blouse all buttoned up, it gives it something extra. I do have to say that some products on Ebay look nice on pictures but feel and look really cheap in real. So be careful with that! And also; Most of the products take 4 weeks shipping, depending on where you want it shipped to. But to Holland it usually takes 3/4 weeks! So if you’re willing to wait for it…

And also: For people in Holland, Ideal is now available on Pay-Pal, so you can transfer your money easily to Pay-Pal now without having to wait too long.

Happy Ebay Shopping!

NTMC: Ladies Market goodies!

At the ladies market, Mongkok, Hong kong I bought alot of stuff. They would be lovely as a cute souvenir or just very handy for own use!

So this is what i bought ;

There was a lot of stuff to buy there so it was very hard for me not to buy much.. I think i did great! (not counting the ones that are still on their way with HKPost :$)

I bought 2 iPhone cases. One for 4/4s and one for 3Gs. Well actually one is a bumper not a case. It was really hard to find one for the 3Gs, they rarely sell them, and if they do it’s hard to find one that’s nice looking. I bought these for 38 HKD each, that’s a reasonable price. But remember you can always bargain if you buy more! So if you’re with friends and they want to buy some products too, its better to wait for them and buy it all at once. That way you can knock a couple dollars off the price.

A Domo Pouch for coins and cards! For 19 HKD, that’s not even 2 euro’s. In Holland they would totally sell it for 8 or more!

2 Rilakkuma passport holders. I really love Rilakkuma! It’s so adorable haha. My inner  happy Chinese girl  just popped up when i saw it in Hong Kong. They don’t sell it much over here, i guess it’s not that popular. I bought these for 19 HKD each.

2 Bracelets. I bought them 25 HKD each. That is almost as cheap as you can get it over there. ( but you can get a lower price if you buy more! ) They all sell a lot of products alike, so it’s not a problem if they won’t agree with your bargain. You just walk away and try at another stand. Mostly when you walk away they even call you back and tell you to name any price! I went to the first stand that was selling bracelets, they said 60 HKD each. So i walked away, just testing the lady. She called me back and ended up saying 30 HKD. I walked away and went to another stand and bought it for 25 HKD each!

And last but not least; Cell phone plugs! I don’t remember how much i bought this for.. haha forgive me. You plug these in the hole where you normally plug your earphones. It’s a cute accessory for your phone. These come in 2, for couples I assume 🙂

That was it for the ladies market! Hope you enjoyed and don’t forget to bargain!

NTMC: Bordeaux Bag.

I just bought a new bag in Mong Kok, New Town Mall. And I’m happy with it!

It’s a Bordeaux colored bag with golden details. I bought it for 290 HKD, I tried to bargain but that didn’t work. I couldn’t be strong and leave the bag there so i bought it anyway! What i really love about it, is that its not only a purse AND a shoulder bag. It’s ALSO a backpack! Very functional and pretty too, don’t you think?

Love from Hong Kong <3.

NTMC: Two Finger Skull Ring and Golden Watch Necklace.

NTMC: New To MY Closet/Collection.

I planned on visiting the Episode store in Amsterdam. But it was so hot inside that I felt forced to go outside after a while. Meanwhile there was a market outside the front door! So i decided to take a look.. I got my hands on these lovely pieces of accessories;

A two finger skull ring! I really love two finger rings, they’re just so nice.

And a golden watch necklace. I really love golden accessories and I like the ones that can tell me time even more! It looks great on plain shirts, which don’t have a print on it.

I’ll be visiting that market more often!
